Building a Village Together
Join a supportive network of parents dedicated to enriching our children’s lives and celebrating our educators.
Membership & Meetings
We believe every family belongs in our community. Therefore, PTA membership is open to all parents and guardians of enrolled children, and there are no dues required to join
- Quarterly Meetings: We meet four times a year to discuss school enhancements and community events. Dates are announced via email and the school calendar.
- Role: The PTA serves as a bridge between families and the administration. While immediate safety concerns should be directed to the Site Directors, the PTA is available to be a conduit for general questions and community ideas
How to Get Involved
- Become a Room Representative: This is one of the most impactful ways to help. Room Reps support the classroom teachers and facilitate communication among the parents in their specific class.
- Volunteer: From organizing “Water Play Days” to helping at the Harvest Festival, we always need extra hands to make the school a fun place to be

Signature Events & Initiatives
The PTA organizes several beloved traditions that define the Clifton School experience:
- STAC (Staff and Teacher Appreciation Campaign): Held every November and December, STAC is our annual holiday drive. Families contribute monetary gifts to a central pool, which is then distributed equally among all teachers and staff as a holiday bonus. Note: Administration members do not participate in this pool, ensuring your gift goes directly to the caregivers and support staff,.
- Spring Art Auction: Our major annual fundraiser features a silent auction of themed baskets and—the highlight of the night—live auctions of artwork created by the children. Funds raised from this event support major campus improvements.
- Harvest Festival: A fall celebration bringing families together for games, food, and community bonding
Your Impact
Funds raised by the PTA go directly toward purchasing items that are “over and above” general school needs. Past contributions have funded:
- New playground equipment and courtyard gazebos.
- Indoor play materials for the shared “piazzas”.
- Campus-wide Wi-Fi upgrades.
- Extra-curricular programs like Kinderdance and Spanish.
